Cindy is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Air Force veteran pursuing her Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware. Cindy has extensive experience managing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, and substance use disorders. Her military service has given her a deep understanding of veteran mental health and its unique challenges. Now focused on outpatient psychiatric care, Cindy takes a holistic and individualized approach, combining evidence-based medical management with supportive therapies. She works closely with therapists and specialists to develop personalized treatment plans that respect each patient’s unique needs and goals. Outside of her clinical work, Cindy values wellness in all aspects of life. She enjoys strength training and yoga to maintain balance, and she loves spending time with her husband, Karl, and their son, Dakota. Cindy’s goal is to support her patients not just in managing symptoms, but in achieving meaningful, lasting well-being.”
