
Isabel Rodriguez is a Licensed Social Worker with an MSW and a certificate in Promoting Child and Adolescent Well-Being from Rutgers University.
Isabel has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including outpatient counseling, case management, and residential care. She uses a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to support individuals and families navigating struggles with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, life transitions, and other challenges. Drawing from a myriad of evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, structural family, and interpersonal therapy), Isabel works to best support clients in meeting their needs, centering the therapeutic relationship and building upon clients’ strengths.
Isabel provides therapy in both English and Spanish.
