Our Family Development Therapy sessions take an approach that focuses on the entire family rather than a single individual. It includes work with both parents and children to create a safe environment for them to talk about their feelings and work through problems together.
Our family development therapy sessions are tailored to each family’s specific needs, so that we can better help all members understand how they function as a unit, identify strengths and weaknesses within the system, set goals for change, develop plans for achieving these goals, implement new behaviors in and outside of the home space, monitor progress over time, and celebrate successes along the way.
