
Emma is a compassionate and dedicated LCSW Candidate at North Jersey Health and Wellness, where she provides individual psychotherapy for clients of all ages. With a client-centered approach, Emma believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She draws on evidence-based, trauma-informed frameworks, including nature-informed practice, to support clients through life’s challenges. Emma has a particular passion for working with athletes, drawing on her own experience as a Division I competitor to connect with clients navigating the unique pressures of sport.
Above all, Emma is dedicated to helping her clients build resilience, develop self-awareness, and work toward lasting emotional well-being. Through collaboration and compassion, she guides clients toward greater self-understanding and a renewed sense of hope for the future.
Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College, where she played a Division I sport, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
