Julianna Helbig, LMT

My name is Julianna Helbig, LMT. I am a Montclair state University graduate as well as a graduate from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage. For as long as I can remember, massage has been a significant part of my life. My mother owned a massage school that focused on changing the massage curriculum nationwide to provide a more uniform education. She had a passion for improving mental and physiological health through the benefits of massage, and she instilled this passion in me. I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to provide my services for our clinic. I employ massage techniques such as deep tissue, stretching, trigger point and myofacial release to reduce both chronic and acute pain, increase mobility, and relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Upon intake, we will cocreate a treatment plan to ensure that we are targeting your specific needs. I have years of massage experience working with different medical professionals to provide patient care as well as some of the most high-end spas in the country to ensure the greatest client experience.
