1 in 3 adults in the U.S. don't get enough sleep.
From energy levels and productivity to mood and overall health, sleep impacts virtually every aspect of our well-being. Insomnia, which causes one to have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, is one of the most common sleep disorders.
A person may experience insomnia due to a variety of factors such as stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, medication side effects, or other medical conditions.
To help you achieve a better night’s sleep, we offer services through our Sleep Disorders Center. The Center’s team of trained specialists can properly diagnose sleep disorders and assess possible causes, whether it be external stressors or an underlying health issue. From there, they can share proper sleep habits or recommend behavioral treatment depending on the patient’s individual needs.
