Everyday life can be stressful and cause anxiety, making people feel unsure of themselves and life’s decisions. Traumatic experiences can exacerbate these feelings. My passion is helping clients gain tools to not only sort through difficult times, but to know themselves better for an improved quality of life.

No single approach fits everyone so I able to use many modalities such as, interpersonal therapy, behavioral action, family systems and psychodynamic to name a few.
