Janet Salerno

Janet Salerno is currently providing massage therapy services at the North Jersey Health & Wellness offices. She is a New Jersey State Licensed Massage Therapist, and a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, (ABMP) specializing in Elder Care Massage and Touch. Janet earned her certification in Therapeutic Massage in 2001 at Healing Hands Institute for Massage Therapy in Westwood where she returned to teach massage and hydrotherapy for 7 years.

Janet went on to study Geriatric and Cancer Massage with Cheryl Chapman and is a certified Compassionate Touch Practitioner. Janet intentionally creates a massage that combines focused touch, sensitive massage, and specialized communication to bring balance and harmony to your busy and stressful life. Janet also is proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release. These combined modalities are used to create an individualized experience that will help with each patient to feel his or her best.
